Projects like that need someone on-site who can vet the right people, make decisions in the moment, and stand behind the result, not just pass messages back and forth between you and a contractor you’ve never met.
That’s the role Danny fills as your Owner’s Agent. He’s a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor, which means he isn’t limited to recommending someone and hoping it works out. He can take on the legal authority to act on your behalf: hiring the crew, managing the schedule, inspecting the work as it happens, and making the calls a project needs when you’re three states, or an ocean, away.
